A must try...
This hits different on so many levels, its sweet crunchy, creamy milk chocolate is such a geat combination and last well too.
Ingredients
- 160g Oats
- 30g Dark Brown Sugar
- 50g Golden syrup
- 50g Butter
- 160g Caramel
- 200g Milk chocolate
Equiptment
- 9 x 7" tray
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon / Fork
- Baking paper or chosen method of lining your tin
- Chopped milk Chocolate

Steps
- In a bowl weigh out the oats, then the meltd butter, sugar and golden syrup and mix until combined.
- Add the oats to your prepared tin and bake at 170c for around 10/15 minutes.
- Once lightly golden remove and leave to cool for around 15 minutes.
- Warm through the shop bought caramel sso it is spreadable and spread a thin layer across the top of the oats. Leave to chill in the fridge while you prepare the chocolate.
- Chop the chocolate into small chunks and melt using your desired choice. For me its the microwave in 30 second bursts, stiring inbetween, until the chocolate is melted.
- Remove the oats fromt he fridge and pour on the melted chocolate spreading it out evenly. Top with your sprinkles and leave to set in the fridge until it is hard. Around 2 hours to be sure.
