Birthday rockyroad -
This is like, all those birthdays rolled into one and made into a slab of white chocolate and marshmallo-wy heaven... the white chocolate custard cream rockyroad. Filled with colourful marshmallows, custard creams, white chocolate and then topped with loads of colourful sprinkles YUM!
Ingredients

300g White Chocolate
- 100g Mini Marshmallows
- 200g Custard Creams
- 100g Milk Chocolate Chips
- 50g Golden Syrup
- 50g Butter
- Sprinkles (Of your choice)
- 20g Milk (warm)
Equiptment
- 9" x 7"
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon
- Baking paper or chosen method of lining your tin
To Serve
By itself, chop it, slice it or rip it apart, do as you like and enjoy!
Steps
- Chop the white chocolate and butter and pop it in a bowl, heat in the microwave, in 30 second increments and stir.
- Chop or break by hand the custard creams and set aside
- Once the chocolate is melted add the golden syrup. It maybe seize a little, when it does add the warm milk and stir until smooth.
- Then add the biscuits and half the mini marshmallows and combined.
- Add 2/3rds of the chocolate chips saving enough to sprinkle on the top.
- Once combined press into your prepared tin, sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top as well as the left of marshmallows and sprinkles.
- Leave to set in the fridge for around 2 hours or preferably over night.
